Tactical Solutions Rifle Barrels
Tactical Solutions is the
manufacture of Match Grade
Fluted Bull Barrels to be
used as Replacements for
the Ruger 10/22 Rifle.
Barrels are made of 6061
Aircraft Aluminum and lined
with a 4140 Chrome Molly
Steel Barrel sleeve. The
use of Aluminum makes for
an exceptionally light weight
rifle that is easy to point and
shoot as compared to using
a Steel Bull Barrel. Gone
are the days of heavy bulky
target rifles that are tiresome
to hold. The aluminum
barrel brings back the
enjoyment of shooting all
day long without being worn
out. They are ideally suited
for shooting by youngsters
and women where the ease
of handling will add to their
enjoyment as well as yours.
Supplied in various colors to
suit most everyone's taste,
the finished rifle, especially
when coupled to one of our
colorful laminated stocks,
makes a most impressive
looking firearm.
All Barrels are chambered on
center to insure perfect
bullet to bore alignment for
the best in rifle accuracy.
These barrels are 16 1/2"
long and come with a 1 in 16
twist rifling. Barrels are
made .920" diameter to fit
most custom bull barrels
stocks and fluted to add to
the distinctive appearance of
a custom barreled rifle.

screws beneath the factory
barrel. Barrels have been
tested for accuracy and
durability and should give
any shooter many years of

The Gloss Black Barrel goes with all of the Action/Barrel Combinations. It looks great in the
Ruger action, and is a stark contrast in the Silver or Ruger "Stainless" Action.

Matte Black makes an excellent choice in Black or Matte Black Actions and complements
the Black Color in the Laminated Stocks. The Hogue Overmolded stocks all go well with this
barrel. For those using the Military Look-Alike Stocks, Matte Black is the best choice. The
Matte Green Threaded Barrel is also a good combination, but we prefer Matte Black. It's
your choice, it's your gun.

Threaded End Barrels were made for use with Compensators or Silencers for those who
have them. Threaded 1/2 x 28 they fit most all of the 22 Rimfire Silencers made by the
major Manufactures.
We are asked many times by our customers about what the Compensators that we sell will do
for a 22 Rimfire Rifle. Without hesitation we tell them that they will make the rifle look Sexy.
And folks, that is about all it does, but it sure does it well. The Compensated barrel is the
best looking barrel we have, of course that is our opinion, and you may have another.

The Red Barrel goes well with the Red/Black Stock, the Cayanne, or the Autum Blaze Stocks.
When used with a Red Receiver and Black or Brown Stock, this makes an exceptionally fine
looking rifle. The Tan Stocks are OK, but we prefer the darker contrast of the darker stock.

By far, the Gray Barrel is our most favorite. When coupled with a Gray, or Ruger Stainless
Action, this barrel makes all of the stocks look good. We also like it with a Black action
especially when put into a Black Hogue Overmolded Stock or a Midnight (Black Laminated)

Blue Stock, Blue Barrel, and Blue Action what a combination. We also like the Black Action
with the Blue Barrel as the action color picks up the black in the laminated stock. A Silver
Action is also a good combination but we think that this should be put with a Black or Brown
stock to bring out the color of the barrel.

The Silver Barrel is a Gloss Version of the Gray, at least in color. Basically the Aluminum is
given a Clear Coat of Anodize to give the Gloss Look. You can use this wherever you use the
Gray Barrel to make a great looking rifle.
