Why use the TS Action?
Precision Engineering
Check out the integral
scope mount which is a
Picatinny style rail with
multiple cross cuts for
precise scope alignment.
Also notice the new and
improved Bolt Buffer. Gone
is the Steel Cross Pin which
the bolt would slam against
opening the holes in the
receiver until the pin would
drop out on its own.
And dual recoil guide and
springs which are easily
removed using slave pins.
This eliminates the fighting
and finger pinching of the
old style action in order to
remove the bolt.
Precision Manufacturing
Tactical Solutions is noted

manufacturing. Why this is

Now the barrels are a
perfect fit to a well made
action. No more sloppy
tolerances from a mass
produced action that is
either too sloppy or too tight
requiring rework of the
barrel shank. This action
was machined to fit and to
give a precise alignment
with the barrel.
Improved Design
Note the use of dual guide
rods and bolt springs. The
use of only one guide rod
and spring causes binding
making the bolt hard to
work. It also causes
uneven pressure against
the breach of the barrel and
cocking during extraction
and feeding. That's OK for
shooting milk jugs at 25
feet, but not good enough
for precision action shooting
your target at 50 yards.
Improved Geometry
The newly designed Bolt
Handle is wide, easy to
grasp, and comfortable to
use. This allows for a
better control of the bolt,
easier opening, and
smoother functioning.
And the rear of the bolt is
cut to give smooth
functioning as it rides over
the hammer cocking the
action.
Smoother Functioning
Precision machining allows
for a better fit and finish of
the bolt. The original
actions would shoot all day
and ask for more. But how
well could you shoot them?
The problem was that the
open tolerances caused
many of the parts to flop
around in the action. This
was not conducive to good
accuracy.
The X-Ring Bolt and Interior
of the action are finished to
precise tolerances to allow
the parts to function
together, not in spite of
themselves. This smooth
functioning is what is
needed to get exceptional
accuracy out of a rifle. And

it with the X-Ring Action.

Gloss Black is the standard by which most actions are made.
This action goes well with all the Barrel/Stock Combinations. You
can't go wrong with Gloss Black, but take a chance. Look at the
other barrels offered and be different if you want. If these don't
suit you, call us and we will get a Black action out to you. You'll
love the way these actions handle and shoot.

Matte Black is rapidly replacing Gloss Black as the standard for
rifle actions. The lack of glare makes this color so popular and
allows it to match all of the Barrel/Stock Combinations. The only
exception is the Gloss Black Barrel, it doesn't match this action.
Thelma's favorite is the Matte Black action with a Gray Tactical
Solutions Barrel. This action makes that Gray Barrel really stand
out and look sharp.

Yes it is called Gray, not Stainless because it is not steel, but an
Aluminium Action. If you want to put a Stainless Steel Barrel in it and
call it your Stainless Rifle, go ahead, it's up to you.

Combinations. It works with the Gloss Black or Matte Black Barrels if
you put it in a Black Hogue Overmolded Stock or one of the Black
Laminated Wood Stocks but the Black Barrel and Gray action in a
Natural Wood Color Stock or the Tan Hogue Overmolded Stock is not
so great. Use the Gray or Silver Barrel here. It is also good with
colored barrels and matching stocks. Call for recommendations or if
you have any questions about the combination you were thinking of.

call it your Stainless Rifle, go ahead, it's up to you.

Action. If you just happen to like Red, this action is also for you.

action. We like the Black Red Stock or the Cayenne Stock
(Especially with a Matte Black Barrel) for this action. I think you'll
like it too.
Crimson Tide are two of our greatest fans when it comes to the Red
Action. If you just happen to like Red, this action is also for you.
Black Barrel or Red Barrel, it doesn't matter, this is a great looking
action. We like the Black Red Stock or the Cayenne Stock
(Especially with a Matte Black Barrel) for this action. I think you'll
like it too.
We can now fulfill the dreams of our good buddy Martin. He can
now have his "University of Kentucky Blue" Rifle to match his UK
Pistol that we made for him. Blue Barrel and Blue Action make an
awesome combination in a Black, Brown, or Blue and Black Stock.
That doesn't mean that you can't have a Silver, Gray, or Matte Black
Barrel as these are great too. Again you'll love the way these look,
and you will have the best looking rifle at the range, not to mention
the most accurate.

Color Purple really is and what an outstanding looking rifle it
makes. It is a preferred color by many of our customers who saw,
before we did, this Regal Appearance that it offers. Truly this
action makes a fantastic rifle and goes well with the Purple
Barrel. Matte Black, Gloss Black, Gray, and Silver barrels give
this action a distinctive look and blend well with many stock
combinations. We are now fans of the Purple Rifle.

action makes a fantastic rifle and goes well with the Purple
Barrel. Matte Black, Gloss Black, Gray, and Silver barrels give
this action a distinctive look and blend well with many stock
combinations. We are now fans of the Purple Rifle.
