The Barracuda Stock is a
design offered by Boyds
Stocks along with a couple
of other manufactures who
make a similiar style stock.
Currently I have the Boyds
Stocks in inventory, but also

by side, it is hard to tell one

The Barracuda style stock is a very light weight thumb hole stock that
makes shooting a pleasure. Most of the weight of the stock has been
removed giving the stock a radical appearance. The barrel is free
floating without the forearm touching the barrel. This makes the barrel
look unsupported, but let me assure you that this rifle/stock combination
will shoot, and shoot well, especially when combined with one of out
Tactical Solutions Barrels. And the light weight of this combination will
surprise you. It makes for a rig that is easy to shoot standing as well as
off of sand bags. And the light weight makes it enjoyable for women and
children to shoot. Give one a try, you will like it.

Brown is the classic color for a rifle stock and this Brown Laminate is no
exception. Differing from solid wood, the laminated stock has its own
beauty in color and figure without the price of expensive exotic figured
wood. And a laminate is stronger and has less tendency to warp under
adverse conditions which makes it a good choice for a custom rifle.

for good reason. Black stocks look good and accentuate the overall
appearance of the firearm. This Black Laminate is not a solid flat black

Wood. This stock goes exceptionally well with a Matte Black or Matte
Green Tactical Solutions Barrel. It is my preferred choice in stock color
and by far a better choice than a plain green stock. Of course that is just
my opinion, but the natural color wood along with the black and green
layers makes for an appealing look to the stock.
